You must be 18 years of age or older and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to register and use 8888pk.
All transactions are processed in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and supported banks. Withdrawals require a verified account and are subject to standard processing times.
Each person may hold only one 8888pk account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 8888pk ("8888pk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://8888pk.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, keno, Space Max, and related financial transactions. By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 1.1 Your use of 8888pk constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 These Terms supersede all prior written or oral representations, agreements, or understandings between you and 8888pk in respect of the subject matter hereof.
1.3 8888pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or place any bet or wager on 8888pk. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 18.
2.2 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. 8888pk does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users must independently assess the legality of online gambling under applicable local laws before registering or playing.
2.3 You must have full legal capacity — meaning you are not subject to any legal disability, court order, or restriction that prevents you from entering into binding contracts — to use 8888pk.
2.4 8888pk reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification is not satisfactorily completed.
3.1 To access the betting and gaming features of 8888pk, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your mobile number, date of birth, and other details as required during registration.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) account on 8888pk. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension of your account.
3.4 8888pk may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents (including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, National Identity Card (CNIC), or utility bill) to verify your identity, age, residential address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8888pk account credentials, including your password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify 8888pk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 8888pk shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.3 8888pk will never request your password by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to the support team.
4.4 8888pk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which sends a one-time passcode to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time you sign in from a new device.
5.1 All deposits on 8888pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL IBFT, UBL IBFT, Meezan Bank IBFT, Bank Alfalah IBFT, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and Easypaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. Specific limits for digital currency and international wallet methods are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 8888pk does not charge deposit fees on standard PKR payment methods. However, third-party payment providers (including JazzCash and Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 8888pk accepts no liability.
5.4 You warrant that all funds deposited into your 8888pk account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.5 8888pk reserves the right to impose deposit limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion, particularly where there is a suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other prohibited activity.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered to and owned by you personally. 8888pk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2 Withdrawals are subject to account verification. Unverified accounts may be limited in their ability to withdraw funds until identity verification is completed to 8888pk's satisfaction.
6.3 8888pk aims to process verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 48 hours, subject to the processing schedules of the receiving bank. Digital currency and international wallet withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
6.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 8888pk may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day; such limits are displayed in the Cashier and may be adjusted at 8888pk's discretion.
6.5 8888pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that present indicators of unusual activity, including requests for documentation evidencing the origin of funds.
7.1 From time to time, 8888pk may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional offers ("Promotions") to registered users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each Promotion.
7.2 Promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency in respect of the specific Promotion.
7.3 8888pk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds credited in error may be reclaimed by 8888pk without prior notice.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on 8888pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, keno, or Space Max. Product-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market.
8.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 8888pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (including, but not limited to, incorrect odds, incorrect market parameters, or technical errors).
8.3 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, 8888pk's decision, reached in good faith based on available evidence, shall be final and binding.
8.4 8888pk does not accept bets placed by or on behalf of persons with access to non-public information that may provide a material advantage in predicting outcomes ("insider information"). Such bets are void and may result in account suspension.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on 8888pk and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 8888pk reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific users at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8888pk:
8888pk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to retain any balance in that account pending investigation. Prohibited conduct may be reported to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
10.1 All content on the 8888pk platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and trade marks — is the exclusive property of 8888pk or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 8888pk without express prior written consent.
11.1 8888pk is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended as a financial instrument or source of income.
11.2 8888pk provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be configured in Account Settings or by contacting support.
11.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. 8888pk will use reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8888pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
12.2 8888pk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 8888pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8888pk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification where practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8888pk is licensed and operated. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 8888pk, you agree to first seek resolution through the 8888pk customer support team. 8888pk will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts competent to adjudicate disputes involving the Platform operator.
